The Castle ->see the form
Site and Ancient memorial, house of the family of Sabran-Pontevès.
Originally classic fortress, transformations (XII th XIII th centuries) and of numerous additions (XVII th century) which the elegant south facade, will come to ease the rigor of the building. Copses, gardens and terraces which surround the castle of a green setting contribute to the charm of the site.
The parochial Church St Martin (romane end XIII ème) : The ancient court of justice of the Castle builds on the bulwarks of protection of the medieval strong house. Statues and altarpieces of XVIII ème century. Busts-reliquaries of saint Elzéar and saint Delphine. Opened every day to the visit. The Clock : Semicircular tower integrated into buildings of XVI th century and crowned with a forged iron bell tower. The Extraordinary Museum This museum will surprise you by its warm welcome, its Provençal building, it offers monumental sculptures set up in front of the entrance, inside richly decorated (paintings, ceramic, stained glasses) and, the collections of fossils and shells, as well as the furniture. The Museum of the Vineyard and the wine Over the years, the working tools of the Castle Turcan got modernized but ancient numerous instruments are faithfully preserved and presented in the vault of tasting. The museum groups together a surprising collection of tools of wine growers, coopers and vintagers, among whom some go back up to XVI ème century. You can admire in particular there one of the oldest presses of France.
